After driving all day and night, I thought I hit the jackpot by stopping at the first motel right off the interstate it was late I was tired so I took the room regardless of the complete rudeness of the woman working the desk. The room was what you would expect from cheap hotel. The carpet was filthy the bathtub and sink were filthy. There was not even a coffee pot needless to say any other amenities. I went down to the front desk and requested another room that was told and all the rooms were the same I then inquired about breakfast and was told that they did not offer breakfast nor did they offer coffee by this time it was 3 a.m. I was exhausted all I wanted to do was rest my head I went back to my room begin looking for the ice container realized there was not one call down to the front desk was told that they have no ice machine that I finally denies that there was a convenience store across the street or Kroger next door.. I couldn't believe the way I was being talked to in the things are being told I told the man that if I had not been so tired I would demand my money back he hung up on me I did not even take a shower I pulled the curtain back and found a worm I put my things back in my suitcase and proceeded downstairs to check out the man I've spoken with before was there along with his wife and his son I had a very civil conversation until the son decided to start screaming at me that he did not need my money that he drove an $86,000 car and it was parked out back if I wanted to see it he then came around the corner and yelled I quote get the f*** out of here I was terrified I grabbed my bag in my purse and went out the front door the Sun followed me screaming across the parking lot for me to take my money and shove it up my ass it goes without saying that I would never ever let anyone that I know or love stay at this Motel I hope then I can keep anyone from having the nightmare experience.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
We have stayed here a few times before. The rooms are so so. The TV was the best part about it. I did notice bugs. When we came back to check in for one night, the clerk explained to my husband that the rooms were "too high" for us. Im not totally sure what that means but I feel like it was aimed at the fact I pulled up in an older model Honda Accord. My husband asked me to bring my license in to put the room in my name. In the meantime, some girl walks in inquiring about renting a room. Instead of taking my info and money, we were told to "move out of the way" My husband was pissed because he had more than enough money to cover the room but we were profiled and treated badly. Needless to say he told me to come on and we payed about 25 more dollars for the Econo Lodge down the road. I have never in my life been treated that way while renting a room, EVER. The last time we stayed there we checked in around 10 or so after driving a ways and the woman was not very happy at all. I always thought a hotel ran 24 hours. I couldve pulled up at the Marriot in my older Honda and wouldve been treated better just to be honest.
This was the closest to our job.the microwave didn't work so I drank warm coffee.the water lines made some kind of noise all night.other than that nice people and comfortable bed
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My mother in law stayed here last week for one night. Not only was the front desk attendant extremely rude when she checked in but the next morning she awoke to being covered in bed bug bites that look like large welts all over her body. This place should be shut down and anyone who had any experiences with bugs should have their money refunded to them.
