We have our lunch meeting there once a month. The staff is always warm and courteous. The new renovations are beautiful. They got a new chef and the food was so much better than it has been in the past. It was flavorful and delicious, not dry and bland.
I highly recommend going into Johnson City... neat little town with some good spots, restaurants.
Only negative was seeing Fox News on TV in the lobby. If I find H.I. supports such extremes I will not be staying again.
I am a Platinum Member so I visit and stay at several Holiday Inns and Expresses. This location was recently renovated and is a great location for a good night's stay. New bedding and etc.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The place smelt nice and everything was clean. They also had a nice restaurant inside the Holiday Inn if you're not wanting to drive out into town.
The service was very good. The food was good as well. Very nice workers and not too busy.
