The front desk clerk called the general manager Kim Fleenor, whose was out of town at a wedding, which was ironic because I was in Johnson City Tennessee, attending a wedding of my college friend.
Family friendly, gracious and caring staff. Great value, wonderful views. Good price and quality. Everything that was needed for a quick escape was provided. The GM, Front Desk and Hotel Staff are all friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our short stay with our furbabies. I am someone who is all about cleanliness, friendly welcoming staff etc. Because this motel was rated 2 stars I wasn't expecting what we received, even the windows are clean. Yeah!

Bedbugs found in bed. Bites all over my body. I took pics and video.
I am a disable veteran and a licensed nurse who travels frequently even to foreign countries, and I have never experienced this.

In addition to the BED BUGS the breakfast was not appetizing at all. Raw bacon, hard biscuits, & spoiled ham..
The front desk clerk said the BED BUGS are very common like fleas.
Staff went above and beyond for our group. We had 5 bikes and rode the Southern Dozen rides. Felicia was super!!! Had us all goody bags from S12 waiting for us when we got there. Rooms were very clean. Sat by the pool every night after riding. Breakfast was better than most. Great location!! Will stay there again for sure. Thanks Felicia for all the help!! You were a GREAT host!!!

I hope in the future that all pet friendly hotels do change from carpet to some type of tile surface for Sanitary reasons.
