Rooms were dirty and dimly lit. Staff was pleasant. Continental breakfast was nice.
I stay here every time I visit my people in East Tennessee. Superior to the Double Tree.
Staff and room were good. There was a loud banging of what sounded like a trash dumpster at 6:15 AM. Woke me up. That was disappointing.
Greatly enjoyed my stay. Room was clean. Staff was very pleasant. The morning breakfast was very good. Pool was warm and spacious. No complaints
The staff there are awesome can't wait to see them again . they treat you like family.
