Big rip off nothing but lies from management. Horrible place.
If you would like to get ripped off, lied to, disrespected go to this place by all means. It's a great place to just throw away money I can promise you that. The store Manger Mike Turner has cussed me on several occasions called me weeks before my payment was even due and constantly threatened to come pick up my washer and dryer. I have payed over 1,000 dollars on this set and refused to be disrespected anymore and let them take them back. It makes me sick the money I have gave to these people and the owner/district manger whomever should truly be ashamed of the way their bussines is being ran and the disrespect the costumers receive.
I always get the best help and find just what i want. Quality stuff name brand and reasonably priced to take home today.
Management was terrible a few months ago when I was renting a laptop but since they've brought in a new manager who from what I've seen knows how to keep the place in check and running great. Glad they got rid of the old one!
They have bedbugs,(my 2 1/2 month old daughter was also affected, I really wish I could post pictures too)they could care less about their customers and are horrible to their employees (when one had been out dealing with an injury in his family it was "did he die no ok? I really don't give a s**t"...so yea just let that sink in.....part of their "training" is just the rundown on how to rip people off. I fully believe with every bit of my heart they fired my husband because he was going to file a work comp claim when he went in this morning. The guy they sent out with him yesterday is booksmart but doesn't really handle the physical labor part of the job very well(something he'll openly admit to) and my husband got hurt as a result. Please just think twice before going to this awful place. We're going to go ahead and file a lawsuit.
