I called today to follow up on my chair order and it had actually already came in, I was just waiting for the appointment/delivery call. Dana gave me the number for the Guest Services center and spoke with them, got my delivery scheduled for Friday! That gives me time to get the room re-arranged during the week. Seriously, I can't recommend Dana (or this store) enough.
My husband and I just made our second purchase from this store in the last 2 years and have been greatly satisfied each time. Customer service was amazing, Bradley welcomed us as we came through the door and helped every step of the way in choosing our new bed, he was very informative and knowledgable and answered all our questions. Will continue to buy all my future home furnishings from this store.
Visited the Johnson City TN. Ashley Furniture store earlier this week. I have been in the market for a couch and living room suit for over 3 or 4 months. I have visited many furniture show room from Abingdon VA to Knoxville TN and just not found what I was looking for / in the budget I had to spend. Upon entering Ashley, I was greeted by two customer service reps that explained the types of styles in the show room and the direction that I needed to go to find them. I am the type of shopper that when I am making a large purchase I would rather someone stay out from under my feet and allow me to look. I will circle back around for any questions. This is just what I found here. Didn't take long to find exactly what I had been looking for. I talked with Tyler (Jackson) and he provided the information I needed to finalize the decision to bring home not only a new couch but entire living room suit. Tyler was very friendly to work with and ensured I got exactly what I needed at a great price. He ensured that I was taken well care of and explained the entire ordering and delivery process. Definitely will be visiting the Ashley Furniture show room in Johnson City TN again soon.
Love this store! Went in because I needed a new "gaming" chair for the entertainment room. Dana Moore (23 - Johnson City) looked around with us and helped to make a decision on the recliner/chair that I wanted. She's awesome and I suggest ANYONE reading this review ask for her personally when/if you go.
I want to thank Dana Moore for making our furniture shopping a great experience. We are in need of lots of furniture and our sales lady Dana was so happy to help us with our many of questions (very knowledgeable and patient). We have already picked a beautiful bed out and can't wait to shop for the rest of our items. Me and my wife will def be going back to finish our furniture shopping at Ashleys Furniture and look forward to working with Dana again. Great place and people. Highly Recommend.
I purchased 2 Beds and a King Size mattress set . We ordered the the week before Thanksgiving. I have still not received my products. We received a confirmation email that our products would be delivered on Dec. 21. Because we work, we called and rescheduled the delivery for Dec 23, in which they said would be no problem. I was just happy that my daughter's Christmas present would be here by Christmas. I missed my family Christmas on the 23rd waiting on the delivery (which was our choice). We moved furniture out of 2 rooms for easy delivery. My house was upside down. By 4 o'clock we had not heard one word. We tried to call 3 different times that day and received voicemail as if the phone was turned off. Finally, we were able to speak with a representative which then advised us that the products were not even in the warehouse, let alone on this delivery. I wasted an entire day waiting on these people!! I was given the managers name and number. I spoke with him and he stated he would "get compensation for my troubles as well as get a special delivery truck for us as soon as possible". He was supposed to call me back and let me know for sure when. Never heard a thing. When I finally called (because I was trying to be patient) a week later, he stated that all the pieces would be there on the 1st except 1 and that it "should be there by the 8th". Are you kidding me?! My daughter and myself have had our mattresses on the floor since the 23rd!! Not only was my daughter disappointed by this company on Christmas, but now it's like they could care less that they LIED about our delivery or the inconvenience they have put us through. We ordered on Nov 18th, spent $2000.00, and have received the WORST customer service without even ONE item that they CHARGED us for on Dec 23, the "day of delivery". If you are a consumer that works hard for your money and wishes to not be LIED to and deceived, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I have 3 more rooms that I am currently re-furnishing. I will not even purchase a pillow from these crooks!!
Everyone else that we've had to deal with at this store is great too!

We've bought all our furniture here and have had nothing but good experiences in the past, but Dana is just flat-out AWESOME. She's very down-to-earth and understood exactly what I was looking for. We even added a few of the new Blue Bio-Algae pillows to the order and we've slept better since than we have in years.
Go here! A+, 5 stars.
