We have bought outright a lot of stuff from this company, including an 80 inch TV, stand, furniture, etc. We haven't done any business with them for about 8 years. We needed a riding mower and my husband went in and they said no, due to returning items after a couple of months. I have absolutely no idea what they are referring to, I only sent back an item when we moved years and years ago. We took our business to another company. By the way, their policy is to rent for a minimum amount of months, which we did.
I've never had a problem with this store. When I went in to look at laptops, they were more than helpful, took the time to explain the details of items to me, and have worked with me every step of the way. I easily give this store a 5 star rating. Keep up the great service!

If I could give Negative stars, I would. I ordered a laptop online, was told it would be shipped and Arrive Monday. find out Thursday the Local Store Manager (Whose name is "Sid) Cancelled the order. When confronted about it, he lies, saying he has nothing to do with the online order process (They are use during the WHOLE process), when I called the 800 number, they informed me it was the same man that cancelled the order, so I submitted a complaint, as I had paid for my order, and it was taken out of my account, it should have been brought to my attention, not just outright cancelled. I called the store back, trying to rectify the issue with a general manager, I get "Sid" again, at which point he is downright abusive. I live in a Disability complex, he starts making fun of my "disability" (Called me a retard), and when I informed him I had reported him, he told me he could find my account with address with my phone number, he gets off in an hour, be prepared to "be beaten so bad, even the morgue won't be able to ID you", so yea, threatened my life. I have since reported it to the police, and they have the recordings of the incident. Pity there is no law in Tennessee against threatening over the phone, but at least they know if he makes good on those threats. I will NEVER do business again with Aaron's, I rented 2 items from them before, but I'd rather STEAL CRACKERS than accept anything from them again.
This store gives you the run around! Very disrespectful, and there merchandise is not dependable! I have had problems with them since day one i would never go back or recommend this location
