Very small store. When it gets busy, this place is not fun. Always feel like they just want me to leave.

Ran credit r times which charges you on credit when it's ran. Anyways was told I was approved for the 4lines plus 1 free... Go to store once then I wanted to make sure I was approved b4 leaving bringing pc of mail,so said I was going 30min out my way then 30min back 2nd time at store spoke on phone with them 3 times only to be told wasn't approved I had an account still opened for 10 yrs and I've not ever had service through them so they didn't care if it was a mistake or theft bad customer service had all way around....
I had quite a conundrum trying to get my replacement phone activated. I don’t know what happened, but it was super complicated and they weren’t able to activate my phone. After speaking with customer service on the phone and on chat and getting nowhere, I decided to go into the Johnson City Sprint store to ask for help. Greg was the best! He figured out what the issue was, and was determined to get my phone activated! He tirelessly spoke representatives on the phone until the issue was resolved and my phone was activated!
