John is great as a manager. This store has wonderful merchandise and outstanding customer service. Always ready to fix any problem that might arise. Can't go wrong with this store
Terrible customer service and wasted my time waiting around for delivery after they rescheduled. Not a happy customer at all. This after transferring from the other JC store because of their terrible customer service! Smh @ Rent A Center!
The one complaint I have is Corey. She calls my phone on the day it's due with a smartass attitude. I always say I will be in later this evening and when she says 4 I say no it will be later she gets very hateful. You all are open till 7, and if you don't like being there till 7 quit! I could understand if I was late on payments, but I have never been late!
