Walked in to the store to buy a laptop looked around at the laptops for awhile nobody offered to help me or even speak to me for that matter. After about 10 minutes of standing there watching employees ignore me I walk out and went elsewhere for my laptop and actually got a better laptop for less money so jokes on them. I won’t be back to this store they need to give out some personalities to the dorks they have working here or possibly drug test them as they seem out of it
Loved the customer service. It was not too busy even on Christmas eve to help me and family answer many questions and help. Very good prices on products!
I bought a computer at Best Buy and paid extra for a year subscription of Office. After a few months, the subscription "expired." I called Microsoft support and they said I needed to contact Best Buy. I called Best Buy customer service and they said I needed to go to the store. I went to the store with my receipt and all relevant information. Rather than being helpful or even empathetic, the employees at customer service were rude and condescending (especially a particular employee named Tony). I ended up having to go to a competitor to buy the software full price (as I wasn't about to give Best Buy another cent of my money after that exchange). I don't know if the customer service I experienced is typical but the employees I spoke to seemed to have exactly zero customer service skills. Even if they couldn't help (which I don't know since they didn't even try), they could have been friendly rather than rude.
I always have great experiences here. Rarely do I ever even need to ask someone for help because 9 times out of 10, an employee comes up to me asking if I need help. They are always friendly and very helpful. I always feel like I am getting true help too, and not just some person trying to sell me the most expensive option on the market.
Came on Thanksgiving day and considering the crowd, management was pretty organised. Good selection and display of sample products for in-store feel. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Great experience.
