I Have never had better service in a gamestop before!! We were about to buy a copy of Witcher 3 and it was brought to our attention by an amazing employee(i forgot your name but God bless!!) that we could get the same game with all the DLC for the same price. Every single employee cared and gave us advice. They were all gamers and were passionate about it. Love love love this place!!
It's a gamestop... I use to shop here from time to time, but now everything is digital. If you need game consoles, or hardware, you can sometimes find it here. Call to make sure. This is a very small store with little inventory. Be nice to people who work here.
This gamestop in particular is terrible. The employees are of no assistance with their products and only seem to try and push for pre orders. I once bought a defective 3ds and when i tried to return it i was told i would have to directly go through nintendo. I went to another gamestop down the street and they were happy to replace it for me.
Great sale prices and used selection
Usually very pleased with GameStop and it's service but this one specifically gives terrible service. I bought a game which I was guaranteed I could return if I did not like it and so when I returned what I was told was refundable I was only able to get half the value I payed in store credit, although I didn't realize this until looking at my receipt after purchasing a new game. The new game I found to be covered in scratches and fingerprints and so I immidiately returned it and again could only receive store credit. So I chose another game and inspected it myself before agreeing to the purchase. In the end I have payed more than what I should have and gone through too much hassle.
