Everytime I've visited this urgent care it's been great! I like the doctors here too. One doctor I saw last time but I can't recall her name I liked her so much because she didn't act like she was in a hurry like most do ! She took time not just to ask questions but listen to My concerns! She didn't just keep looking at the laptop And writing stuff down like most do! And She answered all my questions now that's one doctor that's hard to find these days!! And I told the nurse when leaving i really like her I wish she could be my pcp !! I meant that too I wish she were. She would help me get whatever test I need for my back or anything I know that. She was so helpful it's hard to find a pcp so caring like she was.I highly recommend this place best one in j.c.
The people at this urgent care are simply wonderful! They are caring and efficient! I got in and out in 30mins both times I’ve been there. They also did a great job of stitching up my husbands foot!
I have PCOS and endometriosis. I had a cyst rupture on my ovary. The pain can be dibilitating. I knew I would need a doctors note for work because it is an illness that is not taken seriously. I was fully prepared to be treated like a hypochondriac, liar and a drug addict. This was not the case. The front staff was friendly and sympathetic. They took me back immediately and did test. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable of my condition. He even offered to schedule an ultrasound if the he condition did not improve in a few days. I was so relieved and moved to be treated as a patient and not a liar I was moved to tears. Thank you everyone there for being so kind.
Took my daughter here on a Sunday. They were the only place open except the e.r. They were very nice and concerned about my daughter's health and even called the next day to check on her.
Several of my family members and I have been to this location multiple times, always received fast, friendly service. Usually taken back to a room as soon as we complete the check-in process (or within just a few minutes). The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and polite.
