great!!! saved my life more than once, me bein as hard headed as i am , of course had to test th waters again, but dr mettetal and his staff were so understanding and helpful, it was unbelievable, in a life of turmoil and trouble, for someone to understand and willing to help still even after a trip back to test th waters was unreal!!! & joyce is definitely a angel in disguise!
I have been with Dr Mettetal for a long while and honestly have nothing but good to say. He picked me up when all else had tried but failed miserably...One huge difference was that he REFUSED to give up on me. I'm sure there were times he felt like shaking me a bit because I don't always listen well but he didn't. He refuses, even to this day, to let me accept or settle for any less than what I'm truly capable of. Not only did he help drag me out of an addiction, that was just the beginning. I found out I had cancer and Dr Mettetal did research on his own time to help get me where I needed to be with the specialists I needed. Another thing that means more to me than words can explain is that he never had to look at notes or ask me to refresh his memory of me & my past (¤t) situations. He knows me as Carrie...not just a paying patient. He cares for me as Carrie...not just while I'm in his office. There was a situation where I was away from the office for a while and he had even ask about me wfamily w away. Being that I've been an recovering addict for a long time and in had health, I have seen many doctors...not even 1 holds any bit of comparison to Dr Mettetal. Now, Joyce is that fine young lady you first meet when u walk in his office...she is 1 in infinity. There is no other like her. She is amazing, caring, loving, patient, brilliant, hard working, etc. I could go on and on. A perfect example is when my family and I decided to move to TN my husband didn't know where to even start looking for a job. Joyce, took her own very precious time and called around to places for him. By the time we left the office that day, he had a long list of options. As a matter of fact, he works one of those jobs today. Allow me to mention, he's not even a patient there. She just cares that much for me, my family and our well being. The office itself is always great. There is never any overlaps in appointments, no long waiting, always fair, always welcoming and they are always there even if you just feel like you need someone to tell you something positive. I drove from 2 states away for a long time because I refuse to leave them. I love Dr Mettetal, I love Joyce and I know they love me too. How many more offices or doctors can I say that about??!!!
