We all want our babies taken care of when we are out of town and Robinson failed to do so. When I picked up my dog he was acting different. He was walking around with his tail tucked and ears back. Truly out of character for him! He also picked up some sort of cold where he was sneezing for a week. When I called, they suggested I bring him back but I would half to pay even though he was fine when I dropped him off and sick when I came back. I was let down by Robinson and would give them a negative star if I could. They are a reasonable price but if you care about your fur baby, take them somewhere else.
I showed up on a snowy night with a very sick cat. Even though they were getting ready to close early, they saw my cat and did what had to be done. Excellent customer service!
MY wife and myself got a kitten that someone had been wandering around one of her coworkers house. My wife took him here to get a quick checkup to make sure he was ok, he had worms, and they gave him his shots. However, when they clipped his nails they nicked one his nails in the pink section, AND they failed to treat him for fleas. According to my wife, the way they checked is that they looked at him and said "He doesn't have any fleas." I found it strange that a feral kitten didn't have fleas but had worms. At any rate we took him home thinking nothing of it. Now its a week later and all three of my cats have fleas... 90 dollars later we have them treated. But I can fairly say we will not be going back, and we will be bringing him to our family Vets office in colonial heights called Companion Animal Hospital. I highly recommend that place. The staff does a great job, and cares about the clients and their fur babies.
I take my dog Poe there. He get treated like a king. And they are reasonable priced. I have found cheaper but you get what you pay for. My dog deserve the best. My girl calls him our fur baby and she would not forgive me if anything happened to him. So I will continue taking him here.
Extremely happy w/everyone here. It is very obvious they are there for the up most care of all pets & their owners
