This place made a great first impression. From the first phone call to ask questions and schedule an appointment to the time I picked up my sweet boy, they were very kind and generous with their time and they did an excellent job taming my border collie's long, scraggly hair. He looks so handsome. We will definitely give them our business in the future.
I have never had a problem with them and they cut my dogs hair perfectly.
Hands down the best groomer I've ever used! I took my Google Mowgli here will visiting my parents as I live in Roanoke,VA. Now I drive here Everytime Mowgli needs to be groomed. The staff is wonderful Be the prices are great. My parents also bring their dog here too! Mowgli & Lilly both give it 5 stars as well!!! Grooming Tails is the best!!!!
