The last 3 times I've gone to this Pals we have gotten our order wrong or messed up. Twice we've had our burgers messed up, then we've had a long blonde hair in our burgers & the 3rd time we found a little baggie of nut & bolts in our food they remade our order for us but then we found ANOTHER long blonde hair on one of the burgers they remade. I would NOT recommend this Pals.
A definite favorite for the area. I brought some California folk just so they could compare it to In and Out. They all agreed that Pal's won by a long shot.
Love getting breakfast from Pals when visiting. Their biscuits and gravy are the best and can get through their drive through quickly and employees are so nice. Only reason I’m not giving them a 5 is because they forgot two things in our order that we didn’t catch until we drove off and their coffee can’t be improved. But will still return to Pals.
Two flaws to this place. First the price really is a bit more than other fast food, but it is better quality. Two there is no seating available. The food really is good my wife loves the cheddar rounds lol. She literally could eat her weight in those things. Burger and dogs are top notch compared with micky d's and others.
Food is always excellent. People are always friendly. Experience A+
