Turn the horrible pop music down! Typical chain food. Steak was overcooked, sides were good and the staff friendly.

Horrible experience here. Ordered a beer on a Thursday evening, provided my driver's license when asked for ID. The server immediate walked away with it and took it to his manager, and after about 3 minutes she came out and told me she wouldn't serve me because my license was a "fake ID." I have a South Carolina license, which are notorious for having holographic sheets that delaminate; I've already had to replace it numerous times. When I walked into this restaurant, my license was in perfect condition. The server and manager had bent it and twisted it (I'm sure they were doubting it just because it was a SC license) so much that it cause the front sheet to bubble in the middle. Now, I have to go out of my way and get it replaced (again) due to the incompetence and discrimination of a server and his manager. I understand that they have full discretion and can refuse service to anyone, but this was just unacceptable. I was told that another reason it was "most definitely a fake ID" is that there are no stray hairs around the photo, and that the picture just "didn't look right." Never received an apology from this manager for damaging my ID, and I'll never bring my business here ever again.
Portions are not as great as others but it's an Applebee's. If you've been to one then you know.
Me and my granddaughter Emma had a very good meal. Our waitress Victoria was very sweet and attentive even though she was very busy. May go back tomorrow after watching Coco for 2 more Sundae Shooters!
