Great Communication and Service. I explained my situation to Rick about my son's college vehicle. Rick had the vehicle picked up from another garage. He kept me up to date on the progress. I told him I would not be able to pick it up for a while but that did not deter him from helping us out. He said that's OK, I'll fix it then when you are ready it will be here. You really want to trust a shop when you do business with them for the first time. The fact that Rick extended that trust to me and went ahead and fixed the Blazer meant a lot. That made me have trust and confidence in him and Milex. And to go a step further he made himself available for questions and concerns. He even kept me in the loop by reaching out to me to provide updates. This was A plus service all around. I will be using Milex for all future vehicle needs.
I manage several FedEx routes and Mr Transmission services all my trucks. Every time I call Rick takes good care of me. No matter what the problem is , big or small, Rick always knows how to get it taken care of. He always seems to put my problems as his number one priority. Tim the owner always goes out of his way to wipe the grease off his hands and come shake mine. Not many places you will see that. Everyone there is nice and polite when you are there. I have got to know a few by name and they also know me by name but Rick is always the one you speak to first. Rick even goes out of his way to keep you updated on your vehicle and even calls you days later to make sure everything is going good. I know Rick has a lot of other customers but I consider him my friend. Rick keep up the good work and we will be seeing you soon. Thanks
I love this place!! Rick and his entire staff are SO kind, friendly and very professional. They go that extra mile to make you feel at ease and confortable, including their consideration of keeping you informed of everything they will do and they make sure you know off hand.. very informative and that's an A+ for me. I have recommended them and WILL continue to do so.
Had to make a trip to Mr Transmission after running into some issues with my vehicle. First let me start by saying from the time I called and spoke with Mr Tim I knew that I could trust them with my truck. He gave me piece of mind just by speaking to him over the phone. Later after dropping it off and running all necessary test I had the opportunity of meeting Mr Rick and much like Tim he was extremely nice. When I arrived to get my truck I had the opportunity to meet both of these men in person. I was greeted as if I had been a friend for years. I think had I had more time I would’ve pulled a chair up and had a conversation with these guys, they were just those kind of people. As for me if you have a good attitude then you earn my business. While I’m not looking forward to having any issues in the near future, I assure you that if I need to they will be my go to. Look no more, these are the guys to go see.
Great experience! I was given a competitive quote within two hours of reaching out. They took my car in the very next morning; had everything fixed in six hours. They even picked me up from work and took me back to the shop once my car was finished. The staff is friendly and personable. I strongly believe they did the best they could to get me safely and affordably back on the road.
