I called around for quotes, after i apparentlywas charged and most places charge 50 bucks for a diagnostic!
Had my car towed to Millers & I didn't tell them to do anything (Mechanically) Just to figure out what the problem is, called back....Asked how much and suddenly we're at 148$$$ Woohhh...
If you can explain this i'll be glad to listen....Really there is no explaining, For you to charge me 148$$ is rediculous because we never negotiated a price...
Who thinks I should be REFUNDED? Or SOMETHING. Nothing in the car was moved...I'm pissed.
If you guys do not negotiate, perhaps I should have been told BEFORE charging me THAT much...My assumption of the price of a diagnosis musta been wrong huh????
My quote was 1100$ to fix the issue that was never fixed because the car wasnt worth it.
How does that work? It took you an HOUR & A Half to figure out what the problem was on my vehicle? I really don't believe that even though thats what I was told.
I started taking my vehicle there in January for maintenance and have now been two additional times since then. First time for oil change, second time for alignment and balance, and a third time for an oil change. When I took it there for the alignment an employee took me to the back to physically show me what needed to be fix then took me back to the front desk to look how much the repairs would cost so I can make a decision on what to do next. They were patient, and made the repair easy to understand since I am not a car expert. I will continue to go there because of their excellent work and genuine customer service.
I could have taken it to Free service and my bill would have been 100$ Cheaper.
Not only was I overcharged, I feel completely taken advantage of.
These guys are great!!!! I arrived with my truck being towed in as they were just closing.I quickly ran to the door to ask if they could replace my flat tire but found they did not have my size tire.But just before they left someone found a used tire and got me back on my way home even though were closed !!! Not many shops would go out of their way to help a customer after hours.
