Services were done ar quoted times.
Went for a tire rotation on a dually , they wanted to do a side to side which is not the correct way. So I was charged extra because I wanted done correctly. I also told them to max out air pressure , when I go to pay I notice on the checklist the pressure was not correct, they took it back in pretending to add air as I stood in parking lot and watched. Checked air myself and was not correct. Manager was rude and could not care if it was done right..
Excellent showroom, friendly inviting, complementary water and coffee, I would recommend. The shop is very clean and the parking lot is easy to use.
Only giving it 1 star because you have to in order to write a review. After having 2 BAD power steering pumps (both done by them) the 3rd one put on and it's still leaking. They told me I needed a new rack pinion put on so I did. After 4 weeks without my car driveable and rentals and me spending over 3k, it all could if been avoided if they would of checked to see if the 1st power steering pump was a bad part. Will NEVER use this company again.
Great service, great mechanics, get the job done quickly. Have taken my old Jeep here many times and they get the problem fixed every time. Only place in Johnson City I trust for auto service
