I see why other reviews 100% right.

I had to use them for a rental after an accident that was not my fault. I had the rental for 2.5 months because of insurance issues. I was told that if I did not pick my car up and drop the rental off on the day I was called I would take all responsibility for payment. I was called on the Friday before Christmas and told my car would be ready at 5. I didn't have time to fill the tank up but wasn't worried about it bc it wasn't full when I originally picked it up. They proceeded to charge me 9.99 a gallon, totaling 50.00 that they charged for gas even though they did not specify that it needed to filled up nor was it full when I got it. When I explained this to them they told me it was fault and they weren't going to do anything to help me. So I got charged for something that wasn't my fault and they were extremely rude about it as well. I will never use Hertz again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The employees contradict themselves and provide deceiving information. I would not recommend this rental company to anyone and will not be renting from them again.

Went to return rental car at 7:30AM, which is the same time car returned two weeks ago and posted time open on their front door. No one showed up at Hertz office until 8:05AM, walked past all customers standing at door, talking on her cellphone and acknowledging none of the customers or she being late. Her first words once she was done settling in at counter, "What can I do for you?" Wow, no acknowledgement of her lateness or apology for keeping everyone waiting. Extremely poor customer service!!

Is it just me? I will never use hertz again!! I will walk till the bottoms of my feet are bleeding nubs if this is the only option left on earth. Just out for money. Over charging. Poor service. Poor communication. Taking advantage of out of town guest's.

Absolutely horrible experience. Called in a rsvp for pickup at 5:30pm at noon. Called twice to confirm location and pick up( out of towner and car caught fire) get there at 5:30pm and get told i have to wait 24hr from the time of rsvp. I am stuck in Bristol TN (.45 mins away) wasting more money and time. When you call and they say" 5:30 pick up is good to go " and you get stiff armed another day? How can you run a business like this for people that lost everything in a car fire? No morals!

So i call the 800# and give them my info the next morning. They asked me " why didnt you pick up you rental yesterday?" And they explained it was independently owned and this isn't the first issue!!
