Very fast turn around service
My daughter currently has a rental car through this company. The car has a flat tire. They are closed on Saturday and there is no emergency number to call. WHY is there no customer service offered 24/7?
Great prices, no young driver fee, very easy to deal with. They delivered the car to my work and picked it up from there also when I no longer needed it. I had a problem with the first car (due to manufacture recall) but they easily and quickly switched it out for me. I will be renting from them again.

I've had to rent a car due to an accident twice. Both times I've used this company. They made the process super easy, and worked quickly and wonderfully with my insurance policy. It's nearly seamless renting a car from them. Any time I need a car rental, I don't worry. I just immediately call 5 star and usually I have a car to drive by the end of that day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
