Honestly, I have NEVER been so aggravated at a store policy as at this store. NO ONE told me that the merchandise I had already paid for and the store personnel ordered would be added to their store stock if not picked up in 15 Days. My order was returned to stock but I was never notified that it had arrived in the store. Terrible customer service. I left the store called the CC bank and closed the account. I will NEVER go in this store again.
The salesperson made rude comments with the manager standing beside her, manager just stood there and didn't say a word...would never shop there again.
