Very unprofessional and extremely rude about purchasing 2 pairs of shoes me or my family will not be returning to this store anymore very bad service overall. Anyone who reads this should not go waste there money at this store
They didn’t feel big at the time so i went ahead and got them. I wore them to work the next day and realized they were HUGE! I work in jc so i went to the one there and the lady Heidi was a blessing she helped me get the right size and had them shipped to my home!! I would def recommend this store!!!!!!!!
I have small feet and they always have nice shoes to fit me

I had previously went to the shoe carnival at the pinnacle and purchased some clearance Guess boots and got the wrong size.
The young woman that checked us out was very sweet and very helpful.We bought a pair of boots and two pairs of tennis shoes. Over $200 dollars...wish the prices were cheaper! No bikes..boycotting them!
