It works as a cheap laundromat. They keep it up and the machines work. It's a no frills place however. Few chairs, no entertainment, no wifi, only a few drink machines. It does the job when you need low cost laundry. The people who use it are OK too. Although someone once stole my soap when I wasn't watching.

Kinda pricey for what you get, somewhat maintained, dryers don't work 100% of the time and no TV or anything just a few chairs and very dimly lit bathrooms is open 24 hrs and has a change machine and security cameras, is conveniently located less than a mile from Walmart and a service station with McDonalds inside.
