Several doctors and specialists with multiple patients being rotated through at the same time. Waiting rooms are normally full. Wait time varies...usually 15-20 minutes. If you have tests done, may wait another 15-20 minutes in between. I had a co-pay so billing was no issue in my case. Seems they have good specialists and the latest equipment. Don't expect to chat. It's all business...next.
I hate when I have to take my son here, horrible everytime. The first time I ever came we was there 2 1/2 hours which they did dilate his eyes but we waited for about an hour if not longer before they ever saw him, this go around our appt was at 10:25 a lady took us back asked is unnecessary questions took us to another waiting area where we waited for over an hour we didn't go back to see him till almost 12 then he was in there for about 10mins. All that for a short exam I was so ready to get out of there. I'm looking into other places.
This is the only place we go for optical solutions. The staff is always so very helpful and each person goes above and beyond the job description. Each eyeglass adjustment is perfect the very first time. Eyeglasses in a day or two, not weeks. Highly recommend!
The doctors are great. The staff is great. They are just really slow. We had an appointment for a general follow up checkup for my 7 year old who patches her eye to correct what most would call a “lazy eye”. So not a difficult appointment but we have ended up being here 4 hours and still haven’t had the eye exam after her eyes were dialated. She is bored and unsettled because we have been here so long and momma is getting frustrated because we are still waiting even though I have nicely asked why we were still waiting. This is the second time this has happened and we have been coming here for 4 years. Aggravated is an understatement!!!!!
Dr. Battle is an outstanding and very attentive eye surgeon. The staff are very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
