On the other hand, Beth is very polite and sweet. She was very nice about trying to fix Amanda's mistakes and even apologized for her coworker's rude and obnoxious behavior. Amanda shouldn't be cutting hair. Period. Cost cutters is going to lose a LOT of business with her as an employee.
August cuts my hair how I like it and I always feel comfortable with her cutting my hair.
Very bad service they chopped up my wife’s hair and basically did what they wanted to it. told her they would give her a refund so we drive out there for them to tell her they can give her a free hair cut next time when it should of been cut right the first time.
Whatever you do, DO NOT let Amanda anywhere near your hair. She butchered my friend's hair and then screamed at her when she said she didn't like it. My friend repeatedly told her to please only cut one part of her hair and not remove much length.. she's basically bald now. Every customer she had during the two hour wait left looking upset and frustrated. She insisted that she knew what she was doing and would argue with the customer if they tried to correct the way she was cutting their hair. My friend showed her a picture of what she wanted and received the exact opposite. When she told Amanda that she didn't like the haircut and that it wasn't anything like the photo she asked for - Amanda told her she was wrong and that the haircut was exactly like the photo. She continued to yell, stomp and make a fuss before eventually stomping out and slamming the door. VERY rude and unprofessional simply because she was unable to do a simple haircut.
Great place, they do exactly what you want to your hair and don't do anything else. Just make sure you're very clear with your directions and they won't mess up.
