This is my go-to salon when I'm in need of a brow wax. I love Kellie, and she is amazing at her job! I've never left disappointed. It took me awhile to find a spa that I was completely satisfied with. Now that I have found Kellie at Bonita Brow Bar, I won't be going anywhere else. I recommend to everyone in the Johnson City area.
Garbage is the only way to describe this. My wife got fake eyelashes, within 24 hours (mind you all protocol was followed) a couple had fallen out. We drove back the 1 hour to fixed in the mandatory 48 hours to be told by the associate that "no one who does them will be there for the rest of the day". So their mandatory 48 hours is irrelevant. Now, and continuay, they are falling out AND taking her real lashes with them. No, not pulled, falling. Subpar to say the least and would NOT recommend having this service done at this establishment.
I barely have any eyelashes, and now I feel like a brand new woman!! Neva is by far the best, she made me feel so comfortable, the environment was great, and all together just a great experience. I would give this store a 10 out of 10 for sure!! My lashes are so comfortable and I truly am in love with them. AND they can last up to 3 weeks????? Best thing ever!!! For everyone asking questions about eyelash extensions, I highly recommend getting them! The prices are great too! You can't beat them!The people there were so nice, I felt welcomed, and I will definitely be returning to have more services!!
I love this place! Ask for Kellie, she has never let me down. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 2 years now. Kellie is the sweetest person and I'm always impressed with her work!
Had a bikini and full leg wax done by Kellie. Amazing experience. Seemingly painless process and super quick with a lot of detail. Would recommend and will continue to go back. Love my experiences here.
