Ok place to workout
Hours are great, clean, enough equipment so you do not have to wait until someone is done, the owners are very friendly and it is at a convenient location.
Great when first opened with new equipment but a few years into it no updates and the place is not kept so clean.
I've only heard from a few reliableabout the dress code and what can't be said or done or you'll get publicity called out. Good enough for me.
