The owners are aggressive and rude every time I've dealt with them. They cause chaos downtown, I wish they would move to another location as the neighbors are the ones suffering from their hate. I feel bad for the Flag Company, an honorable company for years that have a bad rep because of the gym. The owners leave hateful notes on cars and try to intimidate others by standing by their cars and laughing at others. I would think that if you were working out that it would cause you to destrsss than to rage on nice people. They never try to have conversations with anyone but use forceful tactics to get their way. Downtown is a community of love, family, friends, residents and merchants who respect each other, this gym has no reason to be here.
I called to inquire about a membership & spoke w/the owner. He told me to stop by between 530-730 PM because he would be there to show me around. I was interested in this gym because of the convenient location. I called him at 630 to see if it was a good time to stop by, at which point he told me rather curtly it wasn't. I took offense to the way he spoke to me and replied that I will look elsewhere for a gym membership. One hour later, this guy text me!! I was appalled by his text and his need to insult me. The phone # for the gym is this guys cell phone evidently. It was very unprofessional that he text me an hour after our conversation to say he had the best gym and never contact him again. This was after he said his father passed away (irrelevant to me) and he had to work over. Business owners should NOT conduct business in this manner.
