As a Johnson City native who now lives in a different state from Mom and Dad, I was pleased to find I could provide business to local retail remotely. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Mom for Mother's Day. The ordering process online went smoothly and the delivery was a success. The "better" bouquet looks full and beautiful, and Mom was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend!
Just moved here, these are the first Flowers I ordered for my wife, since the move. Horrible quality, they were wilted and falling apart when they arrived. Dropped off by a rude individual, and when asked to re-do the order...they advised that My wife needed to bring the flowers back to work with her in order for somebody to come and embarrass my wife and "repo" her flowers, and get new ones.... I'm sorry so you repo flowers? Smh horrible experience. Will not be associating with this place again. Atleast they did do a 30% refund... so Im just out the remaining 70% smh.
We were very disappointed when we saw the arrangement that was delivered. Although the color scheme was correct, the arrangement itself was "lacking" in comparison to the online representation. It appeared much smaller and less full.
This place has always been rude, terrible customer service and clearly owned by someone independently wealthy who could care less if you purchase their floral arrangements. AND gawd forbid you even THINK to park in their 3 space parking lot.
Ordered arrangement for funeral service online. Arrangement delivered was not the arrangement ordered per online photo. The actual arrangement of the flowers did not look like the photo online (which I loved). Disappointed upon arrival for service. Quality of the flowers and fast delivery was appreciated, just not pleased with the arrangement verses the online photo.
I recently ordered an arrangement for a funeral based on the description and appearance on their website. Both my wife and I agreed on the arrangement, which we upgraded to "deluxe."
Granted, online appearances and representation can be deceiving, but in this case, it was very evident. We won't be using Broyles in the future.
