Friendly, helpful, responsive & professional. Great travel agency to work with. I did not know the previous owners, but since they changed hands and became Cruise Planners a couple months ago, they have been wonderful. They planned an Alaskan cruise for family & friends of mine who cannot stop raving it!

Called to book a cruise. The lady that answered said she was with a client and alone so she would have to call me back. She took my name and number, and here we are 4 days later and still no call back. Definitely won't be using them.
More than helpful. Answered all my "stupid" questions with a smile. Wonderful people with whom to do business.
