I really enjoy the deli options especially the Live Dark Green salad. It's usually busy so be prepared to wait a minute at the deli and at checkout. A little pricey in the seafood/meat department but worth it for the quality. Salad & lunch bars are consistently fresh, high-quality and offer new and diverse options.
The hot bar is my go-to for healthy meals. Where else can you get a wholesome salmon dinner for under $10? Indian food night is a favorite. 1/2 off soups / specials on pizza by the slice on Tuesdays. This being said, I grocery shop mainly by what's on sale (sales run regularly) because normal prices here are pretty ridiculous compared to other stores for the same items. EF does, however, offer unique selections not found elsewhere locally.
I like there Hot bar,but it seems like they never have enough people working. It’s like pulling teeth to get a smoothie if nobody is at the juice bar ,and your always in a long line.
Great selection. Was surprised at the amount of self-serve grains they had. Everything you'd expect out of a health foods store. Pricey though!
