All I can say is fantastic job to the pet care assistance that PetSmart provides when grooming and clipping nails they did AWESOME!!!! Happy dog now. :) thank you.
Bought a hermit crab. I get in the car and notice the poor thing has some kind of mites all out of it. As soon as I bring it back in the cashier I take it to already knew what was wrong. She said the cashier that sold it to us saw them and didn't tell us then she told her about it when we left. Asked for a manager bc even after washing our hands well, there was one crawling on my husband's shirt. The manager, Savannah, said she didn't know what they were. And "I don't know what to tell you." So ok we asked to take a picture of the bugs to take to the vet to make sure it wouldn't effect our children, dogs, or other crabs. And the manager said that since we returned them already they belong to them and no we couldn't see them bc she said we would blast her on Facebook. That poor crab had to be in a lot of pain as many came out of him.
I was hesitant to try the grooming salon after reading some unfair reviews. I am happy to share that we had a pleasant experience today at my dogs grooming appointment. I believe the groomers name was Jennifer & she did an amazing job!! We will for sure be back!
The employee acted like she knew everything and was telling me what I could do and I what I couldn't, hell I couldn't even talk over this crazy woman. Turns out she knew NOTHING about the fish I was buying and I knew a lot, I was like " I've already did my research I don't need your help." Could really use nicer employees. I'll come back to the store but I definitely won't be talking to employees ever again.
A little big for my taste. But they have a lot of stuff.
