So I report receiving the wrong filters to your National Sales Manager, the man who's apologies I received and assurances the correct filters were being sent out, and it's been a month, and yet again, nothing.
SIX MONTHS later, after a myriad of emails, you finally sent the correct part and to 'compensate' me for my frustration, you offered to send me 6 filters ....only you sent ones that don't fit my hot tub, that don't fit the part you finally sent after 6 months of frustration.
One of the cheap plastic 'tic-tac' sized tabs that secures the skimmer basket lid broke and although I provided pictures of the unit to fulfill my obligation to have this WARRANTY item fixed, and despite the unit clearly being black in the pictures (like every other accessory in my tub) you took a month to send a grey one. When the Canadian distributor returned to you to have it replaced, you sent a black part, but not the correct black part.
Buyer beware of the after sales frustration!
Signature ....for several thousands of dollars you sold me, via a Canadian distributor, a hot tub that came with a warranty. You should be more upfront with potential customers about how crappy you plan to treat them after you have their money.
