Crowded, lots of wild cats, only some mobile homes up kept.
Been living here for four years. Great place to live with nice, friendly neighbors. If you're tired of paying rent they will work with you to help you own your own home.
Sending mowers put at 9 am is ridiculous. Some of us don't sit in a office all day. Some of us work hard and work the graveyard shift. The fact I've been driving through mud for 2 years because you won't put gravel down is ridiculous too considering we pay on your land taxes.
Quiet but tight quarters
