If I could give zero stars I would. I called them 3 weeks ago to fix my hot water heater. The charge was $215. The heater worked 3 weeks and now isn’t working again. I placed 4 service calls before anyone called me back. The man said he was just on call and couldn’t help me anyway since he couldn’t recheck someone else’s work. I asked for the phone number of the man who came initially and he said he didn’t remember doing any work at my residence. He said he would call me back when he got back in the area but he never even called. Please don’t use this company! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

An absolute disgrace.

Driver was supposed to be here at 10 this morning to pump the tank. It's now 4pm. Jave called all day and he wont pick up. We have gone since last night without plumbing. No toilets, shower, laundry, dishes. I have lost my only day off waiting for them to show up. Not surprised. Husband said when he talked to him on the phone last night that it was obvious he was drunk and probably had no intension of doing the job.

The owner (Robert Combs)and a helper showed up nearly two hours late. Had to be told to use a hose to rinse and fully drain the solids from the tank. Installed a riser but didn't have the bottom sleeve. A riser is a round pipe installed over the square hole left when the septic tank has been found and the lid is removed. The riser allows for the new cover to be raised to the surface of the lawn. In the future, no digging is involved and pumping is much cheaper and a breeze. A very important part of this task is to convert the square hole atop the septic tank into a round one. Therefore an adapter is permanently attached over the hole into which the riser pipes afterwards snap into forming a water and gas proof seal. Not having one and having absolutely no clue what I was talking about, they asked me to provide some plastic to stuff into the hole around the base of the round pipe to prevent dirt and groundwater from flowing into the septic tank where the four corners of the septic tank hole were wide open. I was absolutely astonished and should have thrown them off the properly at that point.

This company only stays in business because people see the national name and don't realize that they are merely an independent franchisee completely independent of the mother company and not accountable to anyone.

They didn't bring enough screws to connect the sections of the riser or cover and had to ask to borrow a screwdriver. They broke their shovel removing the lid and asked to borrow one of mine

Although they used a backhoe, they simply piled the excess dirt in a large mound atop the riser cover and assured me that in a few months it would settle right down and look just fine. I asked them why in gods' name would I pay to have the lid brought up to ground level to have you put half a ton of dirt over it? They grudgingly cleared it away.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are NOT the Roto Rooter you think you've heard of for years. Hired them for a $295 drain cleaning and $65 service call...$2800.00 later and a week worth of aggravation they left. They got their snake stuck in my line, so after cutting their own snake in two to get it out, digging up my yard, breaking my water line, and never being able to get in touch with Robert, I am now dealing with no water due to them not repairing my water line which they weren't even here to fix that they broke by accident in the first place. DO NOT hire. Price gouging at its worst! Would give zero stars if I could.

Will not respond. Flooded basement.

Last point. If you are expecting someone to show up at your home, that even remotely resembles the nice pleasant, professional looking, uniformed folks on their web site, you are going to be very disappointed.

When this hideous job was complete I was told that it came in $210 more than the estimate. No explanation. Would not leave until paid. I paid with a credit card and have disputed the charge. Do not do business with these people. It will cost me hundreds of dollars to have the riser excavated and properly installed.
