Tonight, my boyfriend and I had the best service we've ever had at smoky bones. The food was good, our server was even better! Her name is Victoria, and she was beyond pleasant. As a current server, it was SO refreshing to be taken care of by someone so kind and attentive!!! She continuously had a smile on her face, even though it was close to midnight. I'm sure she was tired, but you'd never be able to tell from her bubbly personality. I ordered the smoked wings with Memphis dry rub, and my boyfriend had the smoked chicken breast. Both were awesome! Our drinks never went empty, our food was hot, and we never went without anything we needed/wanted. 10/10 would recommend smoky bones, and we will ask for Victoria again when we come back! She was great!
I would give zero stars if possible. Third and last time to SB and after mediocre experiences prior, we were beyond disappointed this time and will not be returning. Service was exceptionally slow and my family and I spent nearly two hours with two kids and a toddler constantly waiting for our server. To be fair, our server was pleasant and may have just been new to his job. Our order was wrong twice which on its own wouldn’t necessarily mean much. The party in the booth directly behind us consisted of three young men who were loudly spewing profanities and a female server sitting with them and allowing it-eventually my husband and I spoke up and although one of the patrons apologized, the server had the nerve to respond rudely. She later moved the other party to another table closer to the bar but at this point we had finally received our check (we had a coupon and paid with cash so weren’t able to use the automated table kiosk) and were anxious to leave. We’ve never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant experience. Our food was tasty and our server did apologize for his coworker’s behavior when we were leaving. We will not be returning...
Great, fresh food. The prices aren't always the best, so try to go on a day that you could get a good deal. They have some deals at late night. I would give 5 star, but they no longer sell pitchers of beer.
Tried this place with my husband for the first time tonight. After reading the reviews I had high expectations. I was so let down. Got the loaded cheese fries as an appetizer. Those were more toppings than they were fries. For our meal, we got the BoneFire for 3 (my husband wanted left overs for tomorrow). We waited 40 minutes after we finished our fries before the meal even came! And despite the food being served over hot coals, 90% of it was cold. It had the texture that it had been sitting at room temperature for a good 15 to 25 minutes. The food was okay. I only got 1 refill and my husband got 2 during the entire hour and a half we were there. The bathroom needs some upkeep as well. I really doubt we'll ever go back. I hate saying anything negative about anything, but this was pretty disappointing.
Nice staff. Quick service. Food fixed just right. I will be back!
