Ordered from them twice so far. Both times have been great. I always make my food special, and they got it right both times. The drivers are very quick and nice. Only thing is a normal $5 meal cost you almost $12. Its okay though when you don't have a way to get it lol
Oh, they delete comments on fb that aren't positive. So feedback is skewed.
My friends, family, and I have spent a ton of money with DoubleTime over the years. There's been mistakes along the way, but usually nothing terrible. However recently, they took around 2 hrs for delivery and brought food that was not fit to eat. After providing feedback, they decided to lose multiple customers instead of making the issue right. There are alternatives out there.
If you use them, I do recommend paying cash instead of using your card at the door for obvious security concerns (for any busines like this. )
Very nice service to use when your drunk and can't drive. The food has always been correct and still warm. Delivery drivers are usually courteous. Only gave 4 stars because fee is higher than I would like. But they have to make money. So really good all in all.
I have ordered from this place around 10 times now. Normally the service is good but today I ordered and fell asleep (I had a 12 hour night shift), my door bell was never rang once and when I called the corporate office the woman on the phone informed me that my address had been blocked because I didn't answer. I would of paid for my food and still tipped the driver and probably would of reordered and re-tipped but the call representative was so rude and condescending that ill never use this service again. Overall a good business model that copies grub hub but poor execution.
Really enjoyed having double time at my finger tips UNTIL you order (very detailed) and the food is incorrect and the driver wants to give you lip about how he ordered it correctly and rather than apologizing for the mistake and moving forward and continues on about how he was right and I was wrong. I also questioned the price because it went up $2 and he said it was because my order was "special ordered" and that's why the price went up? Very disappointed.
