It's the DMV anyone giving it above a one star is a bogus review. Rude employees, long waits, and trying to call them is a joke.
One was being a trying to get smart with me. So was I being a smart back at her. She told me not to get loud with her. I'll never walk back in the dmv in johnson city.
Let's be real here. I hate going to the DMV. I can't imagine anyone likes it. But I had to do something today that could have been a real pain in the ass if anyone had been on a power trip, and it could not have been easier. Honestly, they were he nicest DMV employees I have ever encountered in my adult life.
Called three days in a row four times and they were apparently "unable to take my call." Called at noon and never answered.
Lets face it, its the DMV. Went to get a motorcycle skills and knowledge test. The branch manager told me they could do the knowledge but not the skills because they were booked full. I sat down and watched the same women that said that talk in a group of three other employees and shoot the bull. After a bit of pushing, I walked out with an M on my licence. Needless to say, it wasnt the best visit.
