The receptionist was very helpful and other lawyers at the firm may be informative, but the lawyer I talked to was rude and obviously showed a lack of interest.
I recently called this law firm in regards to a case I was seeking representation on, I was referred by other groups in Johnson City and upon talking to the lawyer I was given an answer of "Probably not" and then he started typing and asked if I needed anything else and hung up. The other law firms I talked to in Kingsport informed me I likely COULD pursue the case and possibly win, after asking more questions -- I am not impressed with a firm who answers clients with "Probably not" when trying to seek legal assistance and will be going with the Kingsport firm, even though it's an hour away...
