I called them and they quoted me a price on the phone just to get me in there. Then when I came, even though they agreed that the gold was the same weight and karat I had said, they offered me half. So I went to the company in the Johnson City Mall and they gave me a better deal. When I went there (the mall) the guy told me that they will beat any written offer, and said that it is very common for these gold places to quote you something over the phone that they really won't pay once you get there. From now on I will be going to Tennessee Gold Exchange in the mall.
