Always friendly, always have what I need plus more.. no complaints. It is a grocery store... so the lines can get pretty long even with all registers open
Love this store! Produce is plentiful and we'll displayed. Deli has a very nice selection of prepared food, breads and cakes. Florist reasonable yet talented with season designs. I have always found what I was looking for and earning points to save on gas sure helps the wallet.

Food City is my favorite grocery store in Johnson City. The south Johnson City location is always well stocked and clean. Great for a quick trip in and out. The staff has been very friendly and helpful in my experience as well.
This is my favorite grocery store! Plenty of handicapped parking available, scooter carts available. Produce is always fresh and fairly priced. Hot food bar always has plenty of delicious choices (their fried chicken is better than the big chains that have drive thrus in the area!); the burgers are unbelievable! Usually a large variety of cakes/desserts readily available; prepared fruit/vegetable cups/bowls/trays always available and SUCH a timesaver! Earning points and bonus points toward discount gas or grocery purchases is a huge benefit. Pharmacy area is well stocked and convenient. Staff in all departments are happy to help or answer questions. Managers are also very helpful.
