If someone orders specifically 13 or 20 yards from yall why would you cut it up. When I ordered 20 yads of fabric from Hancocks I got a 20 yard bolt on a roll. Also when placing my order I wasn't advised it was being cut up or i would have never placed the order to start with. That's poor customer service. If I'm asking for 20 I want 20 full yards. I also don't understand how that isn't refundable. I placed an order for 13 yards yall cut it up in 1 8yrd piece 2 2yrds pieces and one 1 yard piece. Or the other order that was placed in store for 13 yards yall cut it at 10 yards with 3 left over. That wasn't how I ordered it. why would yall send it like that? I'm making a gown with a train that has to be done by 6/3 and I can't even use what yall sent. Also when I say this isn't how I ordered it the store employee shouldn't say that this isn't how we do it . If that wasn't stated when I ordered.
