I had a really negative opinion of payday loan places until I went here! It was so professional and quick, and Julie Berry took really good care of me. She was very personable and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the loan. I have gone back 4 or 5 times since, and receives the same outstanding service! This place breaks the stigma of shady payday loan places. See you soon Julie!

Visited Advance Financial for a flex loan today and their services were much appreciated! They are patient, friendly, understanding, and very passionate about what they do!! Margaret, helped with my loan and was awesome and went beyond my expectations to get me approved!! The other associate Julie and the store manager Kent were also GREAT and super friendly as well. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a short term loan! Only issue I have is I couldn't use the the restroom because they don't have one which is an inconvenience especially when you're pregnant with twins or have been in there for a few minutes other than that exceptional service and wonderful associates and management!!
Do not go to this place, it's a Scam. I have never in my life got a loan for the amount of Money they are charging me for interest.
Talked to 10 different agents received 10 different requests and blatant misinformation. Is it a training issue? Does the company just not care! I changed banks for them, took off work to get extra documents for them, and called them everyday for a week to get a different answer every time. AF pull your calls and see what you put "potential" customers through!!
