Store is hot but people are nice
As far as the belk store it's self it's amazing but my friend and I were at MAC which is in the belks store. These women are the most disrespectful women I've ever met. Their customer service was the worst. I will NEVER buy any type of MAC products again! If this is how the company is going to let them treat the customers I will not be apart of it. All she was wondering is if you had another shade in the same consealer, you are going to tell us it's just a good idea to not come back. That is fine with us. We are happy to give our business to better companies such as Sephora and Ulta!!
Awful. Charged me 60 dollars more than the sell price. Cashier was polite but billing was all wrong. Had to ring ip 3 times and move to another register.
I have been using mac for over 2 years n when I have to come to belk to go to mac there is just one person at the counter n can't do customer service cause she is doing an appointment make up come on is Saturday I was wating to get my powder & foundation for over 20 min got so mad that had just to leave wow
Pure NASTY, this store needs a manager. Lazy employees give them a vacuum. My my, awful.
