I was trying to find a bike that was entry-level for my fiance, she has been taking cycling classes at the Y and wanted to get a bike to ride on the greenbelt and so forth, we'll we have been to many different stores, these guys are just down right compassionate people who are the true definition of Customer service. Although we had been to many other shop's and spoke with many knowledgeable people, the guys who run this shop are very unbiased and not pushy, and truly want what is best for you. As menturned before in another review, don't let the outside looks deceive you, you owe it to yourself to step foot into this bike shop. Would give 100 stars if I could, purely on customer service. This is what business is about. Thank you.

Had this bike for over 10 yrs and it has never performed properly. Over the years had many repairs and tune-ups done in at least 3-4 other area bike shops and one here in JC. . This was likely my last attempt before bagging this bike and getting another one. The Norris shop did a tune up and the bike works and functions flawlessly. Great job guys
Just purchased a new bicycle from Norris Bike Shop. The service was exceptional. Mr. Letterman helped me select the bike that he thought would best meet my needs (both hips replaced).
