Another branch is needed closer to Piney Flats or at least a SUNTRUST ATM
Openened successfully a checking & savings account. They tell me debit card will be sent within a few days... I wait almost 2 weeks, I go by the branch to cash a check and they tell me my account was closed due to "fraud", which is something I've never had a problem with before.. Not a call or even an email was sent to notify me.. Staff didn't seem to give a damn neither, either to receive a new customer or make that customer go through an inconvenience. For that lack of customer care is why I'm giving a single star..

Suntrust is the worst bank in history that I have ever banked at. Direct deposit is there for a reason, to get your money quicker. It takes them two to three days to clear a deposit when other banks take one day. They have also charged me a fee to cash a check that some one wrote to me that has a account with them. Very bad mistake to choose this bank.
Terrible location and hours, but friendly staff
Location and ATM not convient to my location. I have to drive 15 to 20 min to get to the nearest bank. More Suntrust friendly Arms needed closer to Bristol. None now! Thinking about changing banks to a more convenient location.
